- Tax waiting list: your name, email address, optional phone number, the updates you choose, and the date you joined.
- Service inquiries: your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you select, and any message you write.
- Client Intake, Business Intake and consultation booking: these forms and the booking calendar are provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). The information you enter, such as contact details, appointment times and answers about your tax or business situation, is collected by GoHighLevel on our behalf and may also be copied into our website records.
- Website accounts: if you create an account, your name, email address and sign-in details (or your Google account email if you choose Google sign-in). Passwords are handled by our sign-in service; we cannot read them.
- Saved tools: if you are signed in and choose to save them, your refund estimates (the figures you entered and the result), document checklists, and personal consultation notes. Refund estimates you do not save are not stored by us.
- Technical information: like most websites, the services that deliver this site (hosting, video delivery, web fonts and embedded forms) receive basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To schedule and prepare for consultations and appointments.
- To send the email updates you specifically opt in to, such as tax news or notice when filing appointments open.
- To operate your account and the tools you save.
Submitting an intake form, booking or inquiry does not enroll you in marketing messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, for intake forms, booking and client communication.
- Our website hosting and database provider, which stores website records and accounts.
- An AI service provider, which receives the answers you enter into the document checklist tool in order to generate your checklist.
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- TaxSlayer, if you use the Client Login link, which takes you to TaxSlayer's own customer portal under TaxSlayer's privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website currently uses browser storage only to keep you signed in. It does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics tracking. Embedded GoHighLevel forms may set their own cookies. If we add advertising or analytics tools (for example from Meta or Google) in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
